Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

BittyPals (“we”, “us”) is a pixel cat companion app for iPhone and iPad. This policy describes how the app handles information. It is the privacy policy for the BittyPals App Store listing.

Summary

BittyPals does not require an account. We do not run ads, analytics, or tracking. Pet data is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information.

Information stored on your device

The app saves the information it needs to run locally, including:

This data lives in on-device storage (including App Group storage so the Home Screen widget and Live Activity can show the same cat). It is not uploaded to BittyPals.

Notifications and widgets

If you allow notifications, BittyPals may schedule local alerts on your device (for example, when your cat is hungry). These are not push messages from a BittyPals server. The widget and Live Activity read the on-device snapshot described above.

Information we do not collect

Children

BittyPals is designed as a gentle companion game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because pet data stays on the device, a parent or guardian can remove it by deleting the app or using Reset in Settings.

Deleting your data

Use Reset in Settings to erase the current pet and start over on that device. Uninstalling BittyPals removes the app’s local data. Widget and Live Activity data stored in the App Group is removed with the app.

This site is static. It does not set cookies or load third-party analytics. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message so we can reply.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of BittyPals after an update means you accept the revised policy.
